Policies

Will & David would like to welcome you to Mansion Farm Inn located in Milton, Delaware. Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware are also nearby.

Please help us, help the environment by saying, “NO” to single use plastic water bottles. So, remember to bring your favorite Thermal Water Bottle to fill up from our Water Cooler.

We now have an EV station to be able to charge your car while staying at Mansion Farm Inn
Grizzl-E provides up to 10kW of power to your vehicle for 40 Amps maximum current output.

Important Information

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Unless you are doing Self Check In (no earlier than 3pm)

After 7pm arrivals MUST be pre-arranged.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Breakfast is at 9:00 a.m. daily. We can accommodate earlier breakfasts and dietary concerns if mentioned at time of booking.

Quiet time is 10 pm- 8am

Children: Although we do have and love our eight grandchildren, 14 years of age and older is our policy.

Smoking: You are welcome to use designated outside areas to smoke.

  • Should there be any evidence of candle burning, smoking in the room–including vaping– or smoke odors, there will be a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee charged to your credit card on file.

Pets: The Doggie and Coastal Suite is the only Dog Friendly Room at the moment. We regret that our Main House is unable to accommodate guest pets.

Pool: Swim at your own risk, NO glass allowed near pool for your own safety and others.

Cancellations

Our small business depends on our bookings because we have a limited number (5) of guestrooms. Cancellations of all confirmed accommodation reservations must be made 10 days prior to your arrival for a full refund of less than $25.00 service fee. This gives us time to re-book the room and keep our small business alive. If your reservation falls on a holiday or special event, or if you have reserved multiple rooms, a 30-day cancellation notice is required.

Once you arrive, you are responsible for each night of your reservation, even if you are required to shorten your visit.

NO-SHOWS FORFEIT ANY DEPOSIT, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Mansion Farm Inn. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Mansion Farm Inn does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our web site or our reservation page.

We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.

Security

At Mansion Farm Inn, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation thru our website, we use every precaution to safeguard it online and offline.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
