Where are you located?
We’re in Milton, Delaware, just minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.
Can I refill a water bottle on-site?
Yes! We provide a filtered water cooler and encourage guests to bring a reusable bottle to reduce single-use plastics.
What is your payment and deposit process
We take a $25 non-refundable deposit at time of booking and charge the balance 10 days before arrival to the credit card on file.

Self check-in opens at 3 p.m.
When is check-out?
Check-out is 11 a.m.
Breakfast
When is breakfast served?
A full, hot breakfast is served at 9 a.m. daily.

Do you have quiet hours?
Yes 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. so everyone can rest comfortably.

Are children allowed?
Guests 14 years and older are welcome.
Smoking & Candles
May I smoke or burn candles in my room?
Smoking, vaping, and candle burning are not permitted indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoke or candle evidence is found in a room.
Pets
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome only in the Doggie & Coastal Suite. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in Main House rooms.
Pool
Is the pool available to guests?
Yes, swim at your own risk. For safety, no glass is allowed near the pool area.

Do you have an EV charger?
We do! Our 40-amp Grizzl-E station delivers up to 10 kW so you can charge your vehicle during your stay.
