Check-in: 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Unless you are doing Self Check In
If you plan to arrive before 4:00 pm, you may certainly park in our on-site parking lot. We will be more than happy to store your luggage, and tell you about our favorite places to have lunch or you can relax by the pool until your room is available.
After 7pm arrivals MUST be pre-arranged.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast is at 9:00 a.m. daily. We can accommodate earlier breakfasts and dietary concerns if mentioned at time of booking.
Quiet time is 10 pm- 8am
Children: Although we do have and love our eight grandchildren, 14 years of age and older is our policy.
Smoking: You are welcome to use designated outside areas to smoke.
Pets: The Doggie Suite is the only Dog Friendly Room at the moment. We regret that our Main House is unable to accommodate guest pets.
Pool: Swim at your own risk, NO glass allowed near pool for your own safety and others.
Our small business depends on our bookings, because we have a limited number (5) of guestrooms. Cancellations of all confirmed accommodation reservations must be made 10 days prior to your arrival for a full refund less $25.00 service fee. This gives us time to re-book the room and keep our small business alive. If your reservation falls on a holiday or special event, or if you have reserved multiple rooms, a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Due to Covid we are only taking a $25 deposit for all reservations. The balance is due 10 days before arrival date. This is to help with the Covid Virus and having to cancel.
Once you arrive, you are responsible for each night of your reservation, even if you are required to shorten your visit.
NO-SHOWS FORFEIT ANY DEPOSIT, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION.
