To Check-In for your reservation at Mansion Farm Inn, please read and click on “Agree”

If you could, please fill out this form within 24 hours before your arrival. If you checked an arrival time, just ring the doorbell and we will greet you at the door. If you have chosen self check in we will text your door code and directions to your room. If you need anything just Text us 302-316-6930.

Pool: Swim at your own risk, NO glass allowed near pool for your own safety and others, No Life Guard on Duty.

Smoking: You are welcome to use designated outside areas to smoke. ($250 charge if you smoke in the house/room to professionally clean)

Pets: Doggie Suite & Coastal Suite are the only Dog Friendly Rooms. We regret that our Main House is unable to accommodate guest pets.

Quiet time is 10 pm- 8am,   Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

Doggie & Coastal Suite : Your room has a full kitchen equipped with pots & pans, dinnerware, utensils, Etc, Washer/Dryer, refrigerator, gas oven. Basically all you need to bring is your food and drinks. Breakfast is not included or served in these rooms.
